The Sixth Training Session

I’ve noticed that I get quite thirsty on runs, much more so than I used to. In previous training I could quite easily run for 30 mins and have a glass of water as soon as I returned home, I noticed that I just can’t do this anymore. This was the first run with my water bottle bag on, and I stopped for a few seconds 2 or 3 times to tank up. It made my run so much more enjoyable!

I did the route in just over 28 mins, which I was not expecting, as this route used to take me about 32 mins!
