Rest Day

I did actually want to train today, but I had two scheduled yoga classes to run today, along with everything else, so I didn't get the chance. This is probably a good thing though, as it means that I'll be fresh on my feet tomorrow! :0)

Fasting:
.
I usually do my weekly fast on a Tuesday, but I found it virtually impossible today, and had to break it and eat. Hopefully when my body gets used to training again, I will be able to return to my once a week fast with more ease...
