The Fifth Training Session


Goal:

A 30 min run to allow ‘time on my feet’ to gradually be built up.

Result:

A hilly 30 min moderate run, with steep elements, and short walking breaks to recover.

Session:

It was a tough session, mainly due to the steep hills. I was pleased that only the really steep ones slowed me down, and despite having to take 2 short recovery breaks, I felt like I'd completed a nice steady session.

Food:

  • Banana smoothie
  • 3 whole Bananas
  • Raw Soup with Spinach and Chilli
  • 2 Oranges
  • 60g raw chocolate
