The Fourth Training Session

Goal:

A nice steady 30 min run
.
Result:
.
A very hilly run - out for 33 mins.

The Session:
.
I ran through the Derbyshire countryside with Tom (a lean, fast runner.) It was a tougher session than I had imagined, due to the monster hills. It made me realise that I have A LOT of work to do to get to where I want to be. I'm just going to stick at it, as I know that it will pay off.
