I wanted to set my self a new fitness goal. Something that I'm going to be really proud of, and will help me on my journey to descover the raw me. So I'm going to be running my 2nd ever marathon. Last time I ran on around 80-90% raw, this time I'm running 100% raw and living foods / juice - vegan of course!
This marathon diary is going to track my progress for as long as it's needed. Food, training, thoughts, check it out...
