The first training session

I set out feeling good in all my running kit, and trainers that I hadn’t worn for ages, until BANG it hit me. Right outside the front door was a very steep hill that I had almost forgot ever existed. I remembered the same feeling when I had just started training for marathon number 1!

The goal

I just want to break myself in very gently, and start to build my strength back up to what it was, and beyond.

The result

A 20 minute hilly run, and me feeling like I had done a work out!
